Under DUAK SHAKTI GHAR YOJNA

1. Joining Terms
1. Security Deposit
o To join as a DUAK SATHI, a security deposit of ?5,00,000 is required.
o The deposit is refundable after 1 year, without interest, provided all terms are followed.
2. Exit Policy
o DUAK SATHI wishing to exit must provide 6 months prior written notice.
o Security deposit will be returned after settlement of all responsibilities and return of company materials.
3. Assigned Area
o Each DUAK SATHI will be assigned a specific area, city, or tehsil.
o DUAK SATHI is not allowed to operate in any other area.
o Violation may lead to termination of association.
4. Exclusivity & Non-Disclosure
o DUAK SATHI will only sell DUAK ENERGY PVT. LTD. products.
o Selling other companies? 1.1?KW solar plants or products is prohibited.
o All company information, customer data, pricing, and strategies are confidential.
o Breach of confidentiality or exclusivity may result in legal action and termination.
2. DUAK SATHI Responsibilities
1. Ensure sales, installations, and service of all DUAK ENERGY products in the assigned area, especially 1.1?KW Solar Plants.
2. Organize and manage a team for installation and service.
3. Serve all company-provided leads promptly.
4. Educate local people about DUAK SHAKTI GHAR YOJNA benefits and policies.
5. Actively participate in Awareness Programs, fairs, and social media campaigns.
6. Use DUAK SHAKTI GHAR support for banking and DISCOM-related tasks.
7. Allow central DUAK SHAKTI GHAR team to handle all client communication.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales, installations, and services.
9. Do not sell or promote competitors? products.
10. Cooperate with company updates, campaigns, and promotional activities.
3. Awareness Programs & DUAK SHAKTI GHAR Support
? DUAK SATHI will conduct awareness programs in their area, educating people about PM Surya Ghar Yojna.
? All benefits from awareness programs go to the DUAK SATHI.
? DUAK SHAKTI GHAR will assist with:
o Banking & DISCOM procedures
o Client communication & customer service handled by the central team
4. Financial Benefits ? 1.1?KW Solar Plant
Plant & Government Subsidy
? Government provides:
o ?50,000 subsidy under PM Surya Ghar Yojna
o One Smart Meter (up to 150 units)
Pricing & Sale
? Cost to DUAK SATHI: ?53,000 (includes manufacturer & stockist margins)
? Sale price to client: ?60,000 (GST included)
? Net margin for DUAK SATHI: ?7,000 per installation
? Smart Meter included for client satisfaction
Payment Structure with Client
? Total cost: ?60,000 (GST included)
? Government subsidy: ?50,000
? Bank loan: ?10,000 at 6% interest to client
5. DUAK SATHI Benefits Summary
? Authorized distributor of DUAK ENERGY PVT. LTD. products
? Exclusive rights for 1.1?KW Solar Plant in assigned area
? Leads provided by company
? Participation in awareness programs with full benefits
? Full support from DUAK SHAKTI GHAR for banking, DISCOM, and customer service
? Ability to manage team and local employment
? Profitable and secure business model with ?7,000 net margin per installation
? Participation in promotional campaigns, fairs, and social media outreach
6. Termination Policy
DUAK ENERGY PVT. LTD. may terminate DUAK SATHI immediately if:
? Assigned area or exclusivity rules are violated
? Competitor products are sold
? Confidential information is disclosed
? Poor service or non-compliance with policies
? Company reputation is harmed
7. General Conditions
? DUAK SATHI must follow all company instructions, technical standards, and code of conduct.
? DUAK ENERGY PVT. LTD. may update or modify terms as required.
? All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
